This home is the west side of a duplex with two fully private apartments. Each unit has its own entrance and separate living space.
The backyard is shared, but thoughtfully divided by a hedge fence and gate, offering both privacy and a relaxed, coastal atmosphere for each side.
Ideal for guests seeking peaceful surroundings, refined design, and close proximity to the beach.

One dog may be permitted with prior written approval and an additional fee
Please include breed and weight when inquiring
Dogs under 1 year old and certain breeds, including Labradors, are not permitted
Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine
Protective couch covers are provided for approved stays
