The backyard is the heart of the home. Take a refreshing swim in the private heated pool, stretch out on the poolside loungers, or unwind in the covered outdoor lounge surrounded by lush tropical greenery. The spacious, fully fenced backyard gives you room to soak up the Florida sunshine while keeping things private.
The covered outdoor area is a comfortable hangout spot day or night, with seating, an outdoor TV, and a grill for easy meals at home. As evening settles in, the pool and surrounding landscape set the stage for slowing down and enjoying the warm Florida air.
The pool is automatically heated based on current water temperature and monitored by property management. For everyone's safety, please don't touch or adjust the pool equipment.

Blue Paradise was made with four-legged guests in mind. The fully fenced backyard gives approved pets plenty of room to roam, and a dog-washing station on the north side of the home makes cleanup a breeze after a day of exploring or playing outside.

The dining space is made for gathering, from a relaxed breakfast before heading out to dinner with family and friends. It's also a great spot to slow down over coffee, play a game, or just enjoy each other's company without leaving the house.

The bright, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and pantry space.
One standout feature: a restored 1953 Tappan Deluxe stove and oven, a vintage centerpiece that adds real character to an otherwise modern, functional kitchen. It operates a bit differently from modern appliances, so instructions are provided in the home, just take care when using it.

🐾 Pet Policy
One dog may be permitted with prior written approval and an additional fee. Please share your dog's breed and weight when inquiring. Dogs under 1 year old and certain breeds, including Labradors, are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine. Protective couch covers are provided for approved pets, and pets should always be supervised around the pool and outdoor areas.
🔐 A Few Things to Know
The home has specific procedures for the front and back doors, please review the instructions in the Digital Welcome Guide upon arrival. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves and their group, including children, around the pool and outdoor areas, no one should be left unattended near the water. A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink, with additional emergency info provided in the home.

Very nice rental, much attention to details! Very child friendly! Had the basics we needed plus cabinet door locks that we locked and couldn't figure out how to unlock. Pool was wonderful! Would stay again.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The furniture and decor were gorgeous, and the whole house felt so cozy and welcoming—it truly felt like home. There was plenty to enjoy even without leaving the house, and the beautiful backyard made it even more special. The location was prime, too! I absolutely loved my stay and would happily come back. This place was absolutely a perfect home for my sisters bachelorette party. We had 10 girls and it fit everyone so comfortably. The hosts were so proactive about helping us do everything we wanted to plan for my sister. The backyard was to die for! It was a great photo spot and was a place we wanted to stay all day! The home was clean, spacious and just so cute! We were about a 3-5 minute uber from pretty much every place we went to. There was a good amount of parking. If you are having a group of people and want a fun and relaxing place this is the one to choose!

Our experience with Exhale Vacation Rentals was amazing. We had a group flying in from all different states for a bachelorette weekend and our other Air B and B canceled on us 2 hours before arrival time. In a pinch we were able to communicate with Exhale Vacation Rentals and reserve this home to be ready the same evening. Blue Lotus is a beautiful property! The photos and description are accurate. The house is in great condition, well maintained, and very clean. The interior is nicely designed without being overly coastal. There is ample space for 6 adults. The host provided ample starter amenities and products. The pool, lanai and putting green are wonderful amenities and the landscaping provides a nice sense of privacy. Entry and communication were seamless and the host even provides an app with all information at your finger tips. Great location to beach and restaurants! We loved our stay and would absolutely book again.
