Very clean, nice spot with very close private beach access. We stayed for a month+ and was great, but would also be a good spot for a weekend. The host was amazing and responded very quickly. This is a renovated duplex. I will say the renovations are very well done, we did not know at the time of booking however that it was a duplex. So something to note is you will more than likely have someone else in the other unit, and at times you can hear them on the other side of the wall in the living room, but not in the bedrooms. It’s an amazing quiet neighborhood right by the beach with a great walking path as well and about a 20 minute drive into WPB.
