There is construction close to the home. It is hard to tell how much noise there may be as it depends on what they are working on during your stay. We have discounted the rates to compensate for any potential disturbance. This is a phenomenal opportunity to stay in a home that normally rents for 30% more than what you are seeing today. NOTE: Construction should be done by February 2025.
There is a pack n play available.
The Pool is heated during the day to 85° from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature and the temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December – April, there is a $30 fee per night.
