The saltwater pool is heated during the day to 85°F from December through April. Please note, heating efficiency depends on outdoor weather conditions and may vary. The pool heater operates from 10 AM to 6 PM daily. The pool control panel is reserved for management use only. Any tampering will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any required repairs. If you’d like to heat the pool between May and November, a nightly fee of $30 applies.
One dog may be permitted with prior written approval and an additional pet fee. When inquiring, please include the dog's breed and weight. We reserve the right to decline certain breeds and dogs under 1 year of age. Please note: Labradors are not allowed.
Unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a $500 fine.
