The Pool is heated to 85° from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature. The heater will only heat the pool, 20° above the air temperature. The heater runs from 10 – 6. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December – April, there is a $30 fee per night.
A maximum of 1 dog is welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. We have the right to refuse dogs younger than 1 year and certain breeds. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.
